ITP framework risks sidelining South African firms

ACTOM EPC CEO Nicholas Msibi has warned that the structure of South Africa’s Independent Transmission Programme (ITP) could exclude local companies from leading bids under the country’s R400 billion Transmission Development Plan (TDP).
