BEKA Schréder, in support of the BBBEE strategy, to uplift the greater society, through bridging the gap on education, has over the past year offered learnership programmes to learners with disabilities. The learnership programme is one of the skills initiatives to provide learning opportunities to unemployed South Africans. On completion of the programme, companies can incentivise on the additional points to absorb the unemployed learner.

As BEKA Schréder is unable to employ all learners on completion, the company is appealing to readers who might have any suitable vacancies or opportunities for a person with disabilities to contact the company.
