The Emalahleni branch of Fuchs lubricants in Mpumalanga offers a dedicated pump-on service to major coal-mining clients to keep essential equipment such as draglines and excavators operational at all times.

The company says it has two trucks on standby to supply product to a dragline’s 3000 kg capacity lubricant tanks. The firm also has field service technicians on-site at most of its big mining clients, who also responsible to ensure lubricant availability at all times, as a non-operational dragline has a major impact on productivity.

The Emalahleni branch also supplies the company's automotive lubricants and is involved in niche sectors such as smelters, machine tools, chrome mining and power generation. Smaller-volume products include gearbox, hydraulic and compressor oils.
