SA gov’s Gas Master Plan neglects short-term pain and lacks long-term gain

South Africa’s draft Gas Master Plan is inadequate to confront the current energy crisis and fails to address details of how the government plans to develop infrastructure to ensure a sufficient supply of liquid natural gas (LNG) to meet local demand, particularly in the short term, industry experts say.
