The Globeleq Scholarship Fund aims to develop skills needed for the renewable energy industry and support long-term sustainability of the communities in which it operates, and the country as a whole.

- GSF Engineering: National diplomas of BTech degrees in mechatronic or electrical engineering, nationally.
- GSF Scarce Skills: Education, agriculture and nursing degrees/certificates for Eastern and Northern Cape students.
- GSF Communities: Various degrees/certificates for students within the 50 km radius of either Jefferies Bay Wind Farm, de Aar Solar Power, Droogfontein Solar Power, Klipheuwel Wind Farm, Aries Solar Power, Konkoosies Solar Power, Boshof Solar Power, or Soutpan Solar Power.
