EE Business Intelligence invites you to participate in a important 10-minute online survey on the effectiveness of Nersa in respect of its regulation of the electricity sector of South Africa.

EE Business Intelligence is conducting an independent, 10-minute, on-line survey of perceptions in respect of the performance, effectiveness and service of the National Energy Regulator of South Africa (Nersa) to the public, to electricity customers and consumers, and to the electricity supply industry as a whole.
This survey is fully independent, and is not funded or commissioned by Nersa or any other third party. The survey is conducted entirely at the initiative of EE Business Intelligence.
This survey is conducted anonymously, and the names and/or contact details of respondents is not disclosed in any way.
If you would like to receive a copy of the full survey results report, you may choose to provide your email address at the end of the survey, and the detailed survey report will then be emailed to you after the survey closes on 10 April 2021.
The 50th such respondent will also receive a prize comprising a Canon IXUS-180, Icasa approved, WiFi enabled, digital camera.
EE Business Intelligence hopes that the results of this survey will help Nersa in evaluating and improving its effectiveness, performance and service to the public, to electricity customers and consumers, and to the electricity supply industry as a whole.
